UNA Soccer Rules & Regulations:

  1. The entire games in the tournament would be conducted according to the latest FIFA rules and regulations (www.FIFA.com).
  2. Every team has to submit the team’s roster with the completion of the waiver form provided after registration.
  3. The first and second rounds games are of 30 minutes each half.
  4. The semifinal round is of 40 minutes and the final is of 45 minutes each half.
  5. A team shall consist up to 22 players in the full roaster, 11 players on the field with unlimited and multiple substitutes. A complete team’s roster should be submitted by May 20th, 2021 (11:59 PM EST), via email (sports@unaconventions.org ).
  6. Players in the field should be fully equipped with team uniform, acceptable footwear, and shin guards. Jewelry and or metal studs cleats are prohibited in the field.
  7. If the teams’ jerseys color clash, the team register at first would have the first precedence to make the choice.
  8. A player cannot play from more than one team.
  9. Every Team is required to be at the designated field at least 20 minutes prior to their start time.
  10. Teams not showing up after 10 minutes of the proposed start-time will automatically forfeit. (Forfeit final scoreline will be 2-0).
  11. Proper identifications (Full names) of all the players would be in the roaster in order to play the game.
  12. Every player needs to bring any government issued picture ID, in case if the organizer committee needs to verify the respective player’s identification.
  13. Only Nepali descendant players are allowed to participate in the tournament.
  14. The final player list should be submitted by 11:59 PM EST on May 20, 2021.
  15. The officials’ decision in the field would remain the final decision.
  16. Team/s involved in any kinds of fight, violent act or misbehavior would be disqualified and terminated from the entire tournament.
  17. The Organizing committee reserve rights to make the final decision if any team fails to follow the rules and regulations mentioned above during the tournament.
  • Management decision will be the Final Decision and it holds the right to make changes in above-mentioned rules and regulations without any prior notification.
